Little Florets School is the brainchild of Sree Sadguru Sai Educational Society. Recognised by the Government of Telangana, we have adopted an integrated curriculum following NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 framework guidelines that includes CBSE and other education board syllabus. Learning at Little Florets is experiential.

Her leadership is uniquely shaped by an additional decade in the corporate world, where she held senior operations roles with reputed multinationals. This blend of corporate discipline and educational passion enables her to lead with clarity, compassion and strategic foresight — creating environments where children flourish, teachers thrive and schools achieve sustainable excellence.

Expert in Early Childhood Education · Academic Leader
A seasoned education professional with nearly a decade of experience in Early Childhood Education, specialising in preschool leadership, academic excellence and teacher capacity building. Certified in Specific Learning Disabilities in Children — supporting inclusive, developmentally appropriate learning. She has actively supported curriculum development & implementation, teacher training, academic audits and continuous enhancement of teaching–learning practices. Known for her ever-smiling demeanour, dynamic leadership and strong administrative capabilities, she believes that developing empathetic, confident and socially responsible children matters more than focusing solely on academic achievement.

Operations Head
A visionary technocrat and education strategist with over three decades of experience spanning software training & development, education management and entrepreneurship. Widely recognised for introducing innovative educational technologies and scalable business models that have reshaped preschool and K–12 institutions across India. Many professionals mentored by him today hold leadership positions in reputed organisations, reflecting the depth of his guidance. Beyond corporate success he remains deeply committed to social responsibility, supporting underprivileged students and children with special needs.
